Our objective is to encourage engineers and researchers to publish their theoretical and experimental work, which may include diagrams, source codes, and design plans allowing rapid diffusion of technologies at the forefront of innovation, in agricultural engineering, biological engineering, food engineering, and many other fields.
The conference program will include paper presentations, poster sessions, and project demonstrations, along with prominent keynote speakers and workshops. All submitted papers will be reviewed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality, and clarity.
Important dates:
- Full Submission: 15 March 2021
- Authors Notification: 20 March 2021
- Final Camera-Ready Submission: 05 April 2021
- Authors must be registered by: 15 April 2021
- Start of Conference: 20 April 2021
- End of Conference: 23 April 2021
Formatting Guidelines:
- Papers must be in ENGLISH OR FRENCH and:
- not more than 12 pages in length (for original research paper).
- not more than 6 pages in length (for short communication).
- 1 page for poster.
- Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
- Authors are required to ensure the accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.
- Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view.
- Papers must follow the format according to the downloadable template.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular members of the scientific Committee. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, theoretic and mostly practical impact, and presentation.
Post Conference
LOREXP-2021 proceedings will be published on LOREXP website (www.lorexp.org) and will be free access.
In addition, all accepted and presented papers will be submitted to Scientific African (https://www.journals.elsevier.com/scientific-african) for publication.
Best Paper / Best Poster / Best Young Entrepreneur
LOREXP-2021 Conference Awards is presented to the authors to have written the best paper or poster appearing in the annual conference proceedings, or best project. Recipients are presented with a trophy and certificate that describes the award, during the conference closing session.
