  • Short biography: GADET Michel DZONDO holds a PhD/PhD in Biology, Health, Environment Option Biological Engineering supported in 2000 with very honorable mention at the University of Nancy I, France. He holds an HDR in Biotechnology and Food Industries from INPL (National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine) Nancy in France. His doctoral research focused on the synthesis of in vitro proteins in acellular vectors and oxidation. For his work of HDR, he worked on the nutritional and medical potential of safou. Currently, Michel DZONDO GADET is working on breading based on local starchy 100%, fermentation of local products with alcohol production, development of new food products, solar drying, SODIS. Michel DZONDO GADET is an associate professor (CAMES) at the ENSP Superior National Polytechnic school at Marien Ngouabi University in Congo-Brazzaville. He teaches Food Biochemistry and Microbiology, Enzymatic Modification of Food, Biotechnology. He is also head of molecular and sensory food engineering skill at ENSP. General Director of the National Research Institute for Engineering, Innovation and Technology (INRSIIT) since 2017, distinguished by the Gold Medal for Scientific Research in Congo Brazzaville (November 26, 2018), Michel DZONDO GADET has published 45 articles in scientific journals with a reading committee and 17 papers in national and international conferences.
