  • Short biography: Laurette Blandine MEZAJOUG KENFACK is an associate professor in the Department of Food Engineering and Quality Control of the University Institute of Technology (IUT), University of Ngaoundere, Cameroon. She is holder of a doctorate /PhD degree in Food and Biotechnological processes, defended in 2010 at the National Institute of Polytechnique of Lorraine (INPL), University of Lorraine (France). Her research woks are focused on nutritional and functional characterization of non-conventional protein sources, valorization of endemics plant, sources of proteases. Pr Mezajoug is head of Department of Basic Scientific Courses. The theoretical and practical lessons it provides focus on Nutritional Biochemistry, Advanced Physiology, Enzymology, Development of new products, Development of tea technology in Cameroon.  Pr Laurette Blandine MEZAJOUG KENFACK has published 13 articles in scientific peer review journals and 5 communications in national and international Conferences
