  • Short biography: Abraham TETANG FOKONE holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences, Applied Physics and Engineering, Specialization in Energy and Thermal Processes, defended in 2018 with honors at the University of Ngaoundéré, Cameroon. His PhD research focused on the modeling of heat and mass transfer during intermittent drying of high moisture content fruits. Dr. TETANG is very interested in the valorization of local materials in the design and realization of small equipment used in the conservation of fruits and vegetables. Dr. TETANG is currently a lecturer at the National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) of the University of Ngaoundere where he teaches theoretical courses in Thermal Machine Technology, Dryers and Dryer Technology, Advanced Heat Transfers, Advanced Fluid Mechanics, Design Methods, Thermal Machines. Dr. TETANG has published 11 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and 5 papers in international conferences. Dr. TETANG is currently an associate member of the Laboratory of Mathematics and Physics of the University of Perpignan via Domitia in France, of the Advanced Research Center for Ambient Quality and Building Physics (CAMBI Research Center), of the Technical University of Construction of Bucharest (UTCB) in Romania.
