The agri-food industry is a powerful engine of economic growth in Africa. In Cameroon in particular, the government strategy promotes the acceleration of the processing and consumption of local raw materials. As a result, the challenge falls to processors to bring to the market very good quality products, resulting from an environmentally friendly production system, in order to encourage consumers to choose local labeled products. This conference is intended to be a context of exchanges, to pool information relating to the qualitative and quantitative availability of raw materials, existing technological processes, research results from our laboratories and training structures, constraints and real opportunities in the markets to stock up.
