Ses travaux de recherche de doctorat portaient sur l\u2019utilisation des huiles essentielles comme conservateurs naturels des aliments. Il est \u00e9galement titulaire d\u2019une licence en Microbiologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Buea, Cameroun. Dr W. Agwanande Ambindei est actuellement Charg\u00e9 de Cours au D\u00e9partement de G\u00e9nie des Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et Ing\u00e9nierie de l'Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure des Sciences Agro-industrielles (ENSAI) de l'Universit\u00e9 de Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9 o\u00f9 il enseigne des cours : l\u2019Enzymologie, l\u2019Introduction aux Sciences des Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, Maltage et la Brasserie, Microbiologie Industrielle et les applications, \u00ab Downstream Processing \u00bb, D\u00e9veloppement des Nouveaux Produits, Science et Technologie Alimentaire. Il est boursier TWAS-CSIR, stagiaire MASHAV et stagiaire FAO en cha\u00eene de valeur et R\u00e9duction des pertes alimentaires.
