Le professeur Tchotsoua est \u00e9galement membre de l'Acad\u00e9mie des sciences du Cameroun, Pr\u00e9sident de l'Association pour la Cartographie, l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement et la Gestion des Ressources (ACAGER) www.acager.org, coordinateur d'une revue scientifique en ligne http:\/\/acager.org\/index.php. \/ revue-scientifique.
